Since 2020, Artisan Venture Lab has partnered with organizations where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low: from mission-driven nonprofits and tribal governments to professional sports foundations and mid-market companies navigating complex growth. The work has evolved, but the standard hasn’t. Every engagement is measured by business outcomes, not deliverables.
Conducted comprehensive technical audits and platform modernization for a multi-location services organization. Improvements delivered measurable performance gains, including doubled performance scores, and were directly attributed by the CEO to a record revenue season.
Designed and launched a high-visibility charitable giving platform for the NFL’s Walter Payton Man of the Year Award fundraiser, enabling $320,000 in contributions across 23 teams. The platform required real-time reliability, national-scale traffic handling, and a frictionless donor experience under a high-profile deadline.
Engaged by a tribal government following a security breach. Led end-to-end remediation, platform migration, and infrastructure redesign thereby restoring member access while optimizing the environment for low-bandwidth connectivity across the community it serves.
Selected through a competitive process to rebuild the digital platform for Minnesota’s leading children’s mental health center. The project required balancing the needs of multiple stakeholder groups including patients, families, clinicians, and administrators, while meeting accessibility standards and delivering an experience appropriate for a sensitive clinical context.
Partnered with University of Minnesota athletics programs and professional athlete foundations on cause-driven platforms supporting children’s hospital initiatives. Work required rapid delivery, brand sensitivity, and technical reliability for high-traffic fundraising events.
